Flying Inside

We don’t really fly a drone inside the property (though that sounds really fun).  Instead, once the property is staged for a showing, we scan the interior to produce a  dimensionally accurate 3D model that the visitor can “enter” using a computer, smartphone or tablet.  

Maximum Engagement

This experience allows the visitor complete control to visit the areas of  most interest to them.   The experience goes well beyond “virtual tours” that are no more than a series of interior photos assembled with some panning or zoom effects.  Flying Inside is a 3D model that can be rotated, repositioned and zoomed to show exactly what the prospect wants to see, promotes maximum engagement and interest. 

While these demos feature a house, the same deliverables are available for commercial, industrial and office properties.

Flying Inside references an automated “fly though” of the interior space that can be launched by the user or run automatically as shown below.  The fly-through can be interrupted by the user whenever they would like to explore the space on their own.

Your prospect has ultimate control of what they investigate, how they view it, and how long they want to spend in any given area.   Touch screen devices (tablets and phones) use intuitive tap and pinch actions for navigation, and the mouse and keyboard commands are below:

Interactive Floor Plans

The fully interactive floor plans (2D and 3D) let the user not only understand the horizontal and vertical layouts of the space, but also lets them jump to any location in the space with a click of the mouse.  Because the scenes and floor plans scans are dimensionally accurate, interested prospects can measure rooms, doorways, nooks, bookshelves, walkways, windows or anything else visible in the space, including on the floor plans.

 


A New Perspective

Floor plans (2D and 3D) are invaluable in conveying the layout of the rooms where blue prints are unavailable or outdated, and even if prints are handy for new construction, the 3D view (for multi-level properties) provides a perspective that simply can’t be represented in a two dimensional drawing.

Other Details

•  High Definition still photos and 360 degree photos are produced at the same time as the scans, eliminating the need for a separate still photo shoot.

 

•  The Experience can be linked directly to most MLS services.  Each VAS order comes with 60 days of free hosting.

 

•  If enabled, viewers can download photos of the property.

 

•  Fly-Though experiences are generally available 24-48 hours after the scan is complete.
