Mapping and 3D Imaging

Orthomosaic Images

Orthomosaic images assemble data from a large number of aerial photos to provide a single, extremely detailed photo of a building site.  The end product is similar to a Google Satellite view, but at an exponentially higher resolution.  When geo-located, orthomosaics can also be overlaid on a Google Map or incorporated into other GIS platforms.

Digital Elevation Models

Digital Elevation Models (which can also include the categories of Digital Surface and Digital Terrain Models, depending on the need to be addressed) help design and building professionals visualize elevation details.  Several examples are below.

Contour Maps

Digital 3D Models

VAS uses similar photogrammetry technology to create immersive, interactive 3D models of building terrain, construction yards and structures themselves.   The immersive and interactive models are resources that let the viewer explore the property or project on their own terms.
